What do your packages include? 

This year we have two magical sessions available. Our Santa Express sessions - a quick 5 minute visit with Santa and 4 gorgeous professionally edited digital images, and our Santa Magic sessions - a 10 minute session and 8 professionally edited digital images. All sessions will take place at either at Wilde Women Wines or Sage Studios Cooranbong with Santa. The photographer will choose your best images from your session and deliver these in an online gallery. You are welcome to upgrade your package to your full gallery for an additional $50 and can do this at anytime before or after the session. Due to the extremely busy nature of the season and to ensure a quick turnaround on your images, you will not be able to choose your best 8 images, these will be provided at the photographers discretion. If you feel you want certain images an upgrade is best!

Unedited images will not be provided under any circumstances. 

Where does my shoot take place?

For the Glasshouse, Milk Truck, and Christmas Trees these sessions take place at Wilde Women Wines Farm in Cooranbong, as this is a private property the address will be provided on booking.

For our Sage Studios sessions these take place at 52 Rancher Ave Cooranbong. Sage Studios is a home studio however is a stand alone building with its own entrance, you will see our elves out the front who will direct you to the studio. Please park on the street and be mindful of our neighbours when you come and go.

Late Arrival policy

Sessions run back-to-back and cannot be extended. If you arrive late, we’ll do our best with the remaining time, but your session may be shortened, and the number of final images may be reduced. No discounts or reschedules can be offered for late arrivals.

Booking fee information

A booking fee of $80 is due at booking. Your session is not secured until that payment has been made. That payment is non refundable. The remainder of the session fee is due a week before your session. Please see below for reschedule and refund policies.

✨ What’s New This Year?

 Introducing... the Elf Zone!

While you’re waiting for your magical moment with Santa, kids can stop by our brand-new Elf Zone - a festive little area where they can write a letter to Santa, colour in some Christmas fun, and hang out with our cheerful elves!

It’s the perfect way to keep little ones entertained before their session, I am hoping it helps them settle in and warm up to the Santa idea pre shoot, and it adds an extra sprinkle of North Pole magic to the whole experience.

If you'd like to come along to the Elf Zone please arrive around 10-15 minutes early for your session.

A little about your set 

You have chosen your preferred set (glasshouse, milk truck, Christmas Trees or Sage Studios) and every effort will be made to accommodate that set on the day. However in circumstances where there is rain or weather that does not allow us to continue with that set, or the set is damaged or muddy and I feel that it is not in our best interest to continue the shoot there, there is a possibility that your set will change. We do this to make sure you still get your Santa experience as reschedules are next to impossible at this time of year for all parties involved. The Glasshouse is weather proof so in the event of rain and assuming the farm is accessible, these sessions will go ahead in their allocated set.

In any cases where we need to move sets, we will relocate to Sage Studios. You will be advised of this as soon as practical via text and email.

Don't stress! I don't change sets unless absolutely necessary. In the years we have done this I have only ever had to change sets twice.

A little about our Santa process

Our Santa sessions are a full experience not just a photoshoot! Santa loves greeting your children to their session by name and knowing a little about them beforehand (with a little help from our little elves!) There is nothing more adorable than seeing your child's face light up when Santa greets them by their name. We have even turned some non believers with our process. If you did not provide this information at booking please let me know ASAP.

How many people can you have at a session?

These sessions are designed for immediate family only (parents + children). If you'd like to include extended family (grandparents, cousins, etc.) please book back-to-back sessions or get in touch so we can discuss the best option for your family.

Important Information About the Farm

We’re so lucky to be hosting our Santa sessions at the always gorgeous Wilde Studios and Farm - and we ask that all visitors help us keep it safe, clean, and respectful.

Please keep the following in mind during your visit:

• Do not wander the property beyond the designated photo areas. The farm is private property, and uninvited exploring can be unsafe.
• Please leave promptly once your session is complete to help us stay on schedule and respect the space and privacy of the farm owners.
• Take all rubbish with you - we want to leave the farm as beautiful as we found it.
• Do not feed, touch, or engage with any animals on the property, no matter how cute they look. Some may be shy or not used to small hands and loud voices!
• Children must remain supervised at all times.

🐾 Pet Policy

We’re excited to welcome your furry family members to both our Glasshouse, Christmas Truck and SAGE Studios Santa sets! Pets cannot come to the Christmas Tree set. Pets are more than welcome to join in the Christmas fun - but we do ask that you please be mindful and respectful of the space, the set, and our schedule.

Here’s what you need to know:

• Pets must be well-behaved and under control at all times - on a leash, in a carrier, or held when not being photographed.
• Please make sure your pet has had a chance to toilet before arriving. Any accidents on set may incur a clean-up fee (and trust us, Santa’s not a fan of poop scooping).
• If your pet is nervous or reactive or difficult to control in unfamiliar environments, please reconsider bringing them along.
• I recommend that we don't bring unconventional pets (lizards, cats, rabbits, turtles etc) along to the farm, however they are welcome to come along to Sage studios.
• Be considerate of other families and animals who may be present.

We love including pets in your festive photos - just help us keep the sets clean, safe, and magical for everyone.

​A little about what to expect after your shoot: 

When will my images be ready? 

I aim to get Christmas images out ASAP however officially the turnaround is 3 weeks except for my December shoots, I close for the year on the 9th December so all images will be finalised and sent by that date. Given the extremely busy time of year I do not do sneak peeks. However as I edit I often share images that I love. Please advise the photographer if you do not wish for your photos to be displayed online. 

Can I post the photos on social media? 

Absolutely! Once the images have been released to you they are your images to post wherever you wish. I do ask that no further editing or cropping is done to the images (i.e no additional filters on Instagram or Facebook, if you would like a photo in black and white please contact me before applying a filter as I can do so for you).

Can I print my images?

Yes!! When you print your images do not hit auto enhance it will completely ruin your image. Kmart is also not the best place to print your images, Big W and Harvey Norman are generally better. I cannot be held responsible for the quality of your print.

What should we wear?

• It's Christmas! So go all out! My usual wardrobe guideline is generally okay to be ignored for these sessions but I would recommend these tips, especially for any adults attending: 

• For adults - wear something with sleeves to avoid drawing attention to your arms. Under arm creases can also be very unflattering so I strongly recommend sleeves. 

• Avoid clothing like tracksuit pants and really short shorts and avoid formal wear. 

• Long shorts or pants work well for men and young boys. 

• Flowey dresses look lovely on young girls. 

• Remember a nappy cover for baby girls if they are going to wear a dress. 

• Collared shirts also photograph really well. 

• Try and stick to a similar colour palate however try to avoid exact matching outfits. 

• Avoid branded clothing or clothing with slogans. (Christmas slogans work though!)

• Don’t forget to think about your shoes.

• At the end of the day, it is your shoot, so wear something that reflects you as a couple/family.

A couple of other points to remember:

This is a small business, everything is done by me from the booking to payment to the shoot and all the editing. During the session my Elves will be on hand to assist with getting you checked in and getting that ever important information out to Santa. Christmas sessions are a lot of work bringing it all together and involve multiple other small businesses.

Sometimes there are elements that are completely out of our control. Please ensure that if something happens on the day that you are not pleased with remember that my Elves are teenagers. Rude and aggressive behaviour towards them or myself will not be tolerated, and will result in a complete ban on future sessions with myself and Wilde Women Wines Farm. I know it's Christmas and we are all a little stressed! Last year everything went very smoothly so I expect an excellent Christmas season!

🎄 Refund Policy🎄

Please note that your session fee is non-refundable.

If you’re unable to attend your scheduled session, please get in touch as soon as possible. I’ll do my very best to accommodate a reschedule, but due to limited availability and the seasonal nature of these sessions, last-minute cancellations may not be able to be rebooked, and in that case, no refund will be issued.

In the event of wet weather, alternate arrangements will be discussed directly with you.

If I need to cancel for any reason, you’ll be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule, whichever works best for you.

All refunds or exceptions are made at the photographer’s discretion.

Life happens - especially with little ones - and I’ll always approach unexpected situations with kindness and flexibility where possible.
